ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

Styrene is an alkyd-based, hammered metallic, air-dried finish. Adheres very well to primed and unlined metal surfaces.

FEATURES:

APPLICATION:

It is used in the mining industry in all kinds of metal pipes, items and equipment, elevator cabins, steel doors, various car spare parts, agricultural machinery and hand tools, electrical accessories. FAB HAMMERTON PAINT (202) The metal surfaces to be painted must be cleaned of any dirt, rust and oil. There should be no wind or strong air flow where it will be applied. This paint is applied only with a pistol. The appearance depends on the power of the compressor and the use of the pistol. For an ideal look, it is recommended to apply the paint at 2-3 atmospheres and at a distance of 25-30 cm from the surface. Mix the paint well before use. FAB HAMMERTON PAINT (202) should be diluted with 10% -20% FAB CELLULOSIC TINER (161). Immediately after use, the instruments should be cleaned with FAB CELLULOSIC TINER (161).

INVESTIGATION:

10% -20% FAB should be diluted with CELLULOSIC TINER (161).

DRYING TIME:

(20 ° C / 65% relative humidity): Tissue drying: 15-20 minutes, powder drying: 30 minutes, complete drying 2 hours, hardening 24 hours.
