- Delivery is carried out only within the city of Baku.
- Free delivery is arranged within Baku City if the total cost of the product or products ordered exceeds 50 AZN. If the total value of the product or products in the order is less than 50 AZN, payment of 6 AZN is required within Baku City.
- Orders up to 11.00 are delivered on the same day until 18.00. Orders placed from 11.00 to 18.00 will be delivered from 10.00 to 18.00 the next day.
- Orders are delivered to the entrance of buildings or individual residential houses.
- Products are delivered to customers through physical inspection.
- If the number of products ordered is 10 units, delivery is made within 5 days from the date of order, if 10-50 units are within 10 days from the date of order, and if 50-100 units are within 15 days from the date of order (within Baku city).
